Rock Band
This game has been around for ages (released in the US on Nov. 20, 2007) and I almost gave up waiting for it.
So I had some doubts about if I should bother getting it now when it finally was released here in Europe, when both the sequel to Rock Band and Guitar hero 4 is right around the corner.
As a huge fan of the Guitar Hero series of games I just couldn't hold myself and went and bought it. And it's beyond awesome!
The drums are so much fun and it actually feels like you are playing real drums (not that I know how that feels).
Playing together with friends is what makes this game really fun. We tried with four players the other day and it was so much fun.
The RB guitar is also interesting. The buttons take up the whole upside of the neck instead of just being buttons like on the GH guitar.
And you have the same buttons further down the neck for the solos, where they are smaller and closer together.
You also have a switch for switching between guitar effects which I thought was a cool feature, but one of the biggest changes is that
the strum bar is completely silent. It took some time getting used to when I started playing, because I have been using those clicking noises on the
GH guitar for staying in beat.
With a fun game play and a great track list this game is highly recommended.
PS. The game is a little expensive so if you have GH and want to save some money all you really need is the game and the drums. The good ol' GH guitar works like a charm and pretty much any usb mic will do.

All hail the big Apple
Been ages since last time I wrote anything here so I will try to give you a quick update.
I have joined the cult of mac and bought a black Macbook.
The OS is really smooth and I could see myself using it as my primary workstation.
I've had no problems at all so far and what really stood out was how good the bundled applications were.
It feels like they've thought of everything. OS X really surpassed my expectations.
I have also been on a three weeks vacation. Mostly relaxing and partying in the weekends.
Also been playing a series of games on the Nintendo DS called Phoenix Wright. It's really funny and I'm hooked.
I've completed the first game and started on the second.
